We want you and your pup to be completely happy with every order. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right.
What we cover
We offer a full refund for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your order doesn't match what you purchased, we'll take care of it — no questions asked.
Time window
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Requests made after this window may not qualify.
No return shipping required
You do not need to ship the item back. Simply contact us with a photo of the issue and we'll process your refund right away.
How to request a refund
Email us at foreverfetch.support@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We typically respond within 1 business day and process refunds within 3–5 business days.
What we don't cover
We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selections, or orders where the delivery address was entered incorrectly at checkout.
